  OK Almighty AcidHore you have given tons of links but haven't given any advise if your such a pro give some of your own advise.
  Oh remember I am just a dumb hick from MI but I have given one piece of my info,  Zip lock bags.  If you can get some clean myc growing on a petri dish,  transfer that to a zip lock freezer bag squirt a small amount(1cc) of 3% Karo water in the bag,  after the myc has grown and used the Karo water add another 1cc and continue until the bag is completely covered.  Be sure the bag is laid flat so the myc can cover the entire area.

advice? I gave suggestions. pasteurization. soil from woods. small plants. bacteria.

Keep it warm.
Increase bacterial yield.

Use a control group
one with plants and one without
for jars (???) that's the big question. Maybe Mills produced large enough sclerotia outside of the jars before they were put into the jars.

Well all that seems common sense too me and was only pointed out in the pictures of others grows,  all I am trying to do is get you to tell some of your experience,  things that have worked and things that haven't.
  I have told you about using soil from outside before this thread,  I also shared the zip lock bag thing and I hope everyone tries the bags.
  If everyone posted there own results instead of pointing out patents and articles,  then this thread may become useful.
  My cows are milked and pleasured now I'm goin' to tend to my sheep!;)

Here is my tek.  You can completely omit grain jars with this.

  Start with a petri dish and get a clean myc growth.

  Transfer the clean myc to a zip lock bag or glass baking sheet covered with plastic wrap.

  Apply 1cc of Karo water until bag or baking sheet is covered with myc.

  Let it sit for one week or until some sclerotia forms.

  Now its time to make your trays,  I use 12x12x3 1/2h Tupperware with 1/8th in. holes drilled in the bottom. 
  Place 1-1 1/4" of gravel on the bottom,  then a layer of soil 1 1/4-1 1/2",  now slide the myc out on to the soil try to keep it flat,  cover with another layer of soil approx. 1/2" and plant sprouts every four inches.
  Let it sit covered or in a FC at room temp or warmer trying to mimic summer time for a Morel myc until you can see myc in the holes at the bottom.  Set this tray in another and this is where I have no clue if the tray should have nutes or not.
  Then introduce light 12/12 then the sprouts should grow and add o2 and h2o to the Morel myc and they should fruit.

  Most of this is theory and I have never got a Morel to fruit indoors but this is the first year I have tried this.
  Any question comments things to add are welcome.

Yellow morels need hindered access to nutrients a barricade before they are tempted to grow sclerotia; that or the nutrient source has almost been totally used up.
