This is pretty much how I operate.  Yes, yes, I know--I'm a scoundrely litterer, but only when there's not a trash can within at least twenty feet.

Interesting.  I was pondering what a purely pragmatic model would look like, and what the implications would be.

Because it's purely pragmatic, there is no model. It's shape is always changing to adapt to a changing self, times, situations, needs wants and goals for the time being and environments.

The implications?


The only one I can think of is that some people in your life may not like or be able to handle never really knowing what to expect to come from you moment to moment.

The downside is that you might drive insecure types away. The upside is, you drive insecure types away.
