just smoke the shit out of it son! smoke and smoke, until you are physically unable to do it anymore. then try one last time. i usually get there by hit number 4. i always try to load way more than i need. the first few times are always the hardest to remember, but once you get a feel for the drug, and can resist giving into the "awe" it brings... this is where the elves reside. breaking through with this drug is more than just getting the proper amount into your system. it takes practice, to sort through the massive amounts of psychedelic information being thrown at you, to see what lives behind it. good luck, youll get there...

and as with any other psychedelic, the longer you wait between doses, the more special the journey will be. the shortened duration of dmt makes it easy to justify smoking multiple times in a day. but ive found that doing so can have an effect on the results. i usually try to wait at least a day or two between sessions. thats not to say i havent smoked it 3 times in a day before though.

phalaris isnt the most dmt rich plant material. i think that would take way too much and way too long... ever done that way before? im curious.

I have seen many people fall short of a breakthrough dose using a crack pipe.

It is tricky, harsh, and difficult to mess with in an inebriated state.

That is why I suggest (especially for home chemists with more spice than they know what to do with) taking bong hits.

You need a good bong, and some inert smoking herb. Load the herb over a clean screen, sprinkle LOTS of spice on it, then cover with more, finer ground herb.

Light it carefully, only enough flame to ignite the herb. Then draw the hit into the chamber slowly, so you get a large, thick, white hit. Release the carb and repeat until you physically can't anymore.

Treat it like you're smoking really good weed. Take it deep into your lungs, and hold it in... but not long enough so that you can't take another couple of hits.

Yeah, it wastes a little spice, but it opens up a doorway, so you don't have to go through that much trouble next time.

Just remember, use more than you usually would and keep hitting it until you don't understand what a bong is.

If you follow these instructions, you WILL break through. What breaking through actually means is a whole other discussion.

thers a more obscure phalaris species that im growing, phalaris brachystachys, look for my grow log in the garden

theres a really good post about it on edot, ferdinand and several others estimate dmt content of 2-3%, and it doesnt have nearly as many nasties ad arundicea(sp?) or aquatica

the figure 3% comes from an actual reasearch paper on the use of phalris in ayahuasca, and its even mentioned on wikipedia, so either this is a massive misunderstanding/myth, or this phalaris is really potent

plus im not really in a postion to be able to do anything with mhrb

prolly simple a/b with a couple xylene defats, i dont really need to extract it down to spice, im just going to smoke it
