liquid culture using h2o2

Does anyone see a problem with this method?
1. Using agar techniques, select a good section of mycelium.
2. Put mycelium section in 3% h2o2 premixed with malt extract (4%)
3. Inculate until liquid culture looks complete, then pour over substrate (dung)
4. Continue misting with 3% h2o2
I am about to give step #2 a try and I am wondering if anyone knows if the liquid culture will grow okay in that high a concentration of h2o2. Also, do you think the h2o2 would be enough to keep contams out of the equation?

i would at least cut the h2o2 with water 25/75.It really doesn't take that much.

This doesn't really make sense to me
What's the point of the H202?
Do you plan to pressure cook this liquid with the H202 and malt extract? The H202 will all react with the malt extract and you'll have some extremely oxidized malt extract and no more H202

Why not just ditch the peroxide all together? It serves no real purpose, and is most likely just going to hinder the mycellium from growing...

H202 is useless unless used to combat cobweb mold even then it damages the mycelium to, so unless youve got cobweb on ur substrate dont use , and if your mixing it in mea itll react right away and again become useless, Toss the h202 back under your sink n read some more, theres lots of nifty knowledge to be found on this site

He remembered it from 2002, munch.
And somehow someone else from 13 years ago comes back to support it. It's the archives fighting back!
