They are no more. As you remember, a while ago we merged most of our old posts back into the BB. A little later, we got rid of the archives database to free up resources. Unfortunately, it didn't occur to us that there were still unsaved OTD posts in there. It's too bad, in retrospect Anno pointed out we could have moved the OTD posts back too and just set them to not expire. At least we got our one mistake for 2006 out of the way early. :undecided: But I do apologize, we take our task of preserving information seriously and this was not our finest hour.

I used to read those archives a lot, man. It seperated the old from the new, you know? Also there were a couple good interviews in the old otd that are gone now.

All in all though the shroomery still kicks ass.

I'd attribute it as being an act of God.

I'm actually surprised that OTD regulars did not take out insurance policies on the archived posts. You have lost them, but you could have profited off of losing them. You guys really dropped the ball on that one. :nonono:

The Shroomery's stock went down 2 points after this announcement. :smirk:
