New point system faulty?

As far as I know I had no previous points on my record. From what I remember about the new points system mods are only supposed to be allowed to give a warning for a first offense, please correct me if wrong.

Since when did it become a 14 day ban (on a first offense, or at all for that matter) to tell somebody you think they're fucking crazy? :whatever:

Fill out a support ticket and I'm sure something will be worked out(if it doesn't take someone a week to look at the ticket).  My first infraction on this faggoty system got me 14 days too.  And that was for posting a news article if I remember right :rolleyes:

yeah this happens. mods go crazy and one day just decide to freak and ban people for dumb reasons. too many days as a mod pollutes the brain.

Just like a REAL Pub... if you break the rules, The Pub Moderators (bartenders) reserve the right to deny you service, at any time. Pub mods have final say and can enforce these rules as they see fit. If you want fewer rules, try OTD.

None of the moderators who have posted in this thread have addressed the original question - we seem to want to know how someone can just get a 14 day ban, when there is a point system that regulates the duration of a ban?

Anyone actually going to comment on this pertinent point, instead of simply saying "These are the rules, abide by them."?
