Seriously, bigfoot is only popular because of the famous Patterson film. Which he later confessed to be a hoax before he died.

You got people devoting their lives to finding something that just isn't there....or is it that they do it because they are funded and can't find no other means of income?

Reports of bigfoot precede the famous video by hundreds of years. "Sasquatch" is a Native American term for a beast that they've been seeing since before the white man arrived.

I dont know that i believe either.

A good point was brought to my attention.

You want to find an animal.

You go out into the woods and can find signs of said animal. such as food supply, tracks, droppings.

Now why would such a large creature as bigfoot not leave behind signs of it being there?

I'm sorry I just don't buy into it.  I listen to these sherlock holmes forest investigators all the time on Art Bell, well coast to coast now :thumbdown: and not one of them has brought a shred of proof other than heresay and a blurry photo of a man dressed in an ape costume.

At least with UFO's you got video of shit that really is unexplainable.

yep. "bigfeet" have been reported for much much longer than some crazy fuck in the 50s. such as reports from cambodia, 1937 and much much older than that.

i've seen bigfeet.

the reason nobody ever sees them or can find them is because they are highly evolved and in tune with the earth consciousness.
they can read the thoughts of all the plants and animals and anything from a great distance, like at least a 12 mile radius.

they carry an important piece of humanity within them, they are basically just highly evolved humans who don't rely on externalizing their power fields, they don't need houses or cars or computers or schools or jobs, or any of that nonsense. instead they carry it all in their bodies and their fur and bigfeet.
and should our destruction come, they are set in place to sort of help respawn the humanoid form.

okay, i'm making it up, just jokin'.
i like to tell funny stories sometimes.

You have heard of the yeti? The ubanamanamanala snowman? That is of course not an animal or a prehuman being, that is originally one of the shamans gods, the real name is Banjankri, that means the shaman of the forest... so therefore nobody will ever find the yeti in nature, because you have to go in to trance and then you'll find the Yeti easily...

The Yeti loves to drink shnaps too, so he's like a real shaman... he, uhm, uh, if you want to contact him, you have to put some alcoholic offerings in front of the forest.

There was a really good documentary (part of a new 3 part series) on Channel 4 in the UK this week. They did some new genetic testing on hair samples from various places in the Himalayas and determined that there is an ancient hybrid of a polar bear and brown bear (maybe black, I forget) that was previously unknown to science.

This accounts for the size, ferocity and colouration of reported sightings in the area, which was some 800 miles from east to west.

The series is called The Bigfoot Files, it should be available on youtube on the 4OD channel, well worth a watch if you are into the whole debate.
