Strange happenings with lights

It first started one night when driving down a main road, the street lights turned off, and i told me girlfriend how it was weird.

I then began to notice lights turning off when I would come near them. It happens in resurants, and outside mostly. Business signs, parking lot lights, lamp poles, etc.

I havent really given it too much more thought than the fact that is cool and interesting until we were driving down the same road, and the lights did it again in the same exact location.

They were probably on a timer, or bad circuit, or something. I know that if a problem exists in a certain place, its likely to happen again, and i hold no strange meaning to that. But it was kinda the final straw before i decided to make a post.

I dont know what to think. My girlfriend thinks it is energy associated with me, but I am kinda leaning more in the direction that because it happend once and came to my attention, I have been looking for it, and noticing it more than I would normally.

That leaves me wondering about certain synchronous events.

Of course there are things that are out of your power, but things like this...are synchronous events any more significant than regular daily life events, or are they just creations of the observer?

I try to follow my own path, accepting any clues I find on the way, but part of me wonders if its all just fairy tales and myths, or if intuition and oddly sequenced events really are spiritual clues.


I dunno.

Just wanted to share, cause I would feel bad if i didnt.

I've heard of this before, in the paranormal world it is documented.

Your girlfriends answer is quite likely in my opinion.

People that have this affect on light have also been able to do other things such as produce magnetism and electricity with body parts.

Maybe you should research it.

I made a CD player stop playing once. Walls creaking is the biggest occurence for me. Or just people or animals noticing me.

I've noticed some stuff with lights, but I always figured it was just the sensors on them.

Your not the only one. I took shrooms with my old man once and we were walking by a park and 2 street lights went out as we were walking by and came back on when we had passed. After that he told me how lights and electricals always act funny around him when hes on shrooms. At the time I was on a religious trip after watching some film about jesus and I took it as a sign from god.

The exact same things happen to me on shrooms. My opinion is either the shrooms make paranormal events occur or else they just seem paranormal to you because your on shrooms.

I've always noticed people stopping and staring at me and acting funny around me when im on mushrooms. One day I was walking down the road and some guy who was walking towards me stopped, turned around and ran away. Another time a man with a buggy was walking towards me he stopped, looked at me, turned around and started running zigzags from one side of the road to the other. A normal explanation is he was taking his baby for a stroll and ran to keep the baby entertained but why in the name of god would he run zigzags on a busy street in the middle of the city, a good way to get himself and his baby killed.

As for walls creaking i've noticed that way too many times to count. It seems to happen to me after smoking weed even more than on shrooms though. I've noticed it only happens when im on a paranoid trip or my minds racing thinking about things that make me angry or sad.

My boyfriend has the same experiences with streetlights going out when he's in the vicinity. It scares me sometimes, but I've gotten used to lights always going out around him, and other strange occurances.

He also always talks about hearing strange noises on his cieling sometimes in the night, and doors opening and such.

I think that people who have these things happening to them are definitely very special, have a very special energy and link with other planes of reality.

Um, I think it's a very tangible phenomenon. People have electricity surging through them all the time. When certain things happen with your body, stuff around you can be affected.

This is all the more true with weed + shrooms because they open up your energy pathways alot. It can happen at any time, though. Sometimes when I work out, the garage door will creek like 20 times. I notice it, but I don't bother to change my line of thought anymore. I just know.

I go through phases where this happens a lot, and I always figure there's something unusual going on in my energy field. Sometimes the lights will go on when I walk under them, sometimes off.

More frustrating is when I go through a phase of breaking sensitive electonic equipment, such as computers. One week my computer crashed, and every computer I would borrow would temporarily bug out until I would leave it alone. It seems to happen most when I'm in a mode of changing.

Johnny, I always have people reacting strangely to me when I'm on shrooms, too! However, they react to me in a generally positive manner, such as stopping and smiling at me, trying to engage me in conversation, etc.

During my last trip I was walking along a pedestrian bridge at a local park, and there was a large group of adolescent kids. One boy looked at me, smiled, and began running ahead, yelling something to the other kids that I couldn't understand. As I walked by each of them, they all stopped to look at me and smiled in a knowing sort of way. I even paused a moment to make sure I didn't look crazy or have something in my hair, but a quick check revealed that I looked normal. I was wearing sunglasses, so they couldn't have been looking at my pupils.

What was really interesting about that is that I had been reading about the Indigo children, and how they embody a new energy and are going to change the world. As I walked through these kids who were the right age for that, they seemed to be saying, "It's true, we really are more sensitive than the generation before us, and we recognize that you're different, too."

Of course, it could just have been me tripping.

I wish I could say the same thing. When people are acting weird around me when im tripping its never in a positive way. They always seem to be scared shitless of me. It happens way too much for it to be my imagination.

Once I walked from one end of the city to the other on shrooms and at about 4 in the morning the only people around where lunatics and gangs. I was on a crazy trip at the time, I felt invinsible and I was in a funny mood looking for trouble. A huge gang was walking towards me, they were shouting at people on the street and causing trouble. Instead of avoiding them I walked right through them and not only did none of them say a word to me, they couldnt even look me in the eye, all I could see in thier faces was pure fear.

That same night I noticed people crossing the street to avoid me, people would stare straight at the ground when passing me to avoid looking me in the eye. Outside the clubs id get up in the bouncers faces and spew out random insanity which probably made no sense whatsoever and all they could say to me is "Come on man I dont want any trouble." Usually the hard headed bouncers around here would use half as much as an excuse to beat someone up.

The only people who dont seem to be afraid of me when im on shrooms are my friends who are usually on shrooms too. It puzzled me for a long time. I walk and act like a complete madman and have a look of pure insanity when on shrooms but thats not a good enough reason for whole gangs of thugs to be scared.

I think its because I walk down the road in zigzags mumbling to myself, talking to street lamps, traffic lights etc. people think im out of my mind and think the only thing they will get out of fucking with me is stabbed or shot.
