Just exist. Meditate in the many perceptible forms of gratitude. I could've been a rock but I'm consciousness.
It's the narrative we tell our self that can hide the Truth before we experience it. This includes all perceptions of life and reality as we were implanted to see it.
Those "all knowing" false narratives of bullshit implanted by this world, telling us what we're seeing, hearing, understanding.  Time is a narrative. Science is also a narrative. A collection of categorized shells, limitations in how and what we're experiencing.
Words are limitations in communication.
Past present and future is one eternal moment in the ever constant now. Linear time is an illusion implanted in our  perception to exalt a mindset of hurry and deadlines of false importance.,
