I disagree. I consider reality everything that is real.
Think of reality as a cave. There is only one true, direct route out of the cave, this is the path to truth (enlightenment) . There are also infinite passages that lead you off that path. They tempt you with false hopes of a better place, a safer place, a place of belonging. We can call these paths illusions (drugs), although they all can offer something real if you know how to utilize them. They seem like new realities, and they always appear better and better the farther you go down them, until you reach a hell of sorts, and there is no way out of this hell, until you acknowledge that it is only an illusion, and when you do, you will find yourself back on the path to truth. Some of the illusion paths are easier to get off than others, and if you gather what they have to offer, and then return to the true passage, you can reap the benefits of these paths, for all illusions have some truth in them. Certain things can help keep you on the right path. Aiding others travelers on the path, playing music, or meditating are all instances of this. A truly balanced man always stays on the reality path, and in doing so, he reaches the end of the path, enlightenment. Once a man is enlightened, he must return to reality, and stay on the path, aiding other travelers in need.
That's my worldview, and im sticking to it

The colder it gets, the less amount of sunlight you receive, thus your body conditioning itself to release more melatonin. Melatonin makes you more relaxed, more sleepy. This is not a drug.
