Mushrooms in Iowa?

I was wondering if anyone has ever found wild psilocybe mushrooms in any feilds in iowa? Or does anyone know if they grow in iowa. Thanks :mushroom2:

I also would like to know the answer to this question. I have a friend who lives on a farm that notified me of seeing a lot of mushrooms on cow poo within the last few days, however I have no idea whether or not what he saw was active or not.. so any help would be appreciated.

search this site for "mapping the mycelial network", it will tell you which mushrooms grow in your state. infact asking which mushrooms grow in your state is against the forum rules since it is so easily found all over the net! lazy bastard... but since im nice i gave you a hint. this thread will most likely now be locked.
