My parents are new age health nuts.
So if my father had his way, i'd be swallowing 50 pills a day.
But at this moment, i mostly only take fish oil and 5-htp.

5-HTP is the SHIT!!

I usually mix it up. Somedays I end up avoiding supplements altogether.

In general:

1 glass of water with 1 teaspoon of psillium husks and a pinch of cinnamon.

I love herbs and almost always incorporate them into a meal or two. Not only are they delicious they also have medicinal actions. I like basil, oregeno, parsley, dill, lemon balm, bay leaf, tumeric, coriander seed, black pepper, cayenne, and many others.

I frequently deal with stomach issues and use the following as digestive stimulants:
Rasberry leaf, marshmallow leaf, meadowsweet, gentian, turkey rhubarb - among several others.

The body was created perfectly.
The energy was also created perfectly.

Each decision we make in life effects the body and the spirit. The best medicine on Earth is finding a healthy day-to-day home life, a healthy day-to-day work life, and a constant/lively spiritual path that is True.

Eat organic foods, bros and sisters.
No more fast food.

Drink bottled water, spring or distilled.
No more tap water if you live in a big city where its chlorinated.

Bless your meals before eating. Give thanks for what is and what will be.

Sceletium tortuosum (Kanna) 50-100mg daily, gets rid of my depression/anxiety/moodswings. I'm also considering taking siberian ginseng daily, and this fish oil stuff sounds pretty good too.
