I dont act evil!
Disrespecting the mushroom and only using it to get fucked up is more or less evil. And indeed not a good thing to do. With or without ur  children.

Keeping sex secret till 16 wont work. Children get diseases and unwanted pregnancies. Things arent secret we are talking 2005 now.

Its better to guide them then to create taboos and they will be unguided or "guided" by drop outs dealers or other "scum".

Wouldn't they here what you were saying? Wouldn't they watch you eat it? What would you tell them if they asked for some? What if they kept asking 'Why not?' over and over like little kids do? What if your child falls and cuts itself? What if something happens to your child and it needs to go to the hospital? Children are a handful. They require undivided attention.

i think doing an intense trip around your children is a bit irresponsible...

i know what im looking for. i have children. they will not be seeing me "trip" as you so calmy put it.

they will however, be taught about respect of nature and their environment... they can choose there words, ill try not to put them in there mouth.

not one of my kids HAS to take psychedelics. personal freedom is held up high in my eyes, as is love and compassion... my children already know compassion, but they know selfishness just as well. its there own choice that will determine much about how i act around my children. my psychedelic journeys arent refered to as "fucked up". and most of the time when i see someone on heavy or light psychedlics i can only describe there state as intense, or deep in thought, perhaps confusing. everything else would not be correct,a s the psychedelic tide changes like the wind.

still, my children are gradually learning the respect of a spiritual cult around mushrooms and enlightenment, and the choices are theres and theres alone. i will even discourage them from my path of life if it means making them see how there own decisions are paramount to what i taught them.

whew i typed a lot.

I am done with this conversation. I do not have kids, and I have way too many mixed feelings on the subject. I feel as if I could contradict myself while believing what I say all at the same time. Know what I mean? I could never really tell until I knew what the world was like at the time of raising my children.

To those who think that we should hide our drug use from our children because they will grow up to think drug use is "cool"-

Who the hell thinks what their parents do is cool? If anything, they will probably rebel against drugs and be straight-edge, just because that's their nature.

So yeah, that argument just got pooped on.

You got it right!

But ofcourse I will never let my children be with ev0l trippers like LaughingJim..

Seriously and again, better you guide them as a parent. Just like my father gave me my first beer when I was 13. Instead of keeping it "secret". Not saying one should give children mushrooms at 13. But its open. When you do things in respect and harmony it wont damage your children.

Hence if you use mushrooms and ask the goal to get a better contact with your children, wow see what happens!

Mr Bush would be very very jealous... hehe

The fruit never falls far from the tree. Children from fucked up home lives grow up to become fucked up.

I had to sit and ponder this question very hard. When I have children I will raise them as my parents had raised me. My children will be free to ask me questions and such as they discover things and will be properly educated in decisions they make, but they will not grow up in a society that has all of these things accessable to them at a young age.

Dont get me wrong, I like you and feel you will make wise choices, You are free to raise your children as you, ares, and CPS(god forbid you ever have to deal with them) see fit. I would be careful though, you may end up in legal problems. Children repeat things they hear. What you guys want is a eutopia, and thats just not in the here or the now for me.

I just dont really want to hear about you getting in shit with your children over something like this. You will mean the best, but the man won't listen.

I obviously am not ready to have children. I speak with too much fear. You probably see things that I do not.

I agree. I don't think kids (particularly little ones) should be exposed to that. And waiting until they're older to educate them about this sort of thing seems like a good idea to me too....
