by bringing up the vaccination requirements for legal immigration you are ignoring all the illegal immigrants who have came in and didn't get vaccinated. And by the numbers you provided, the numbers of measles cases started to increase in 2022, aka the trend started during peak illegal immigration during the Biden administration.

Measles is short lived. Like 14 days from infection to sickness. So by your logic, there’s more illegal immigration with Trump which explains the measles problem.
