Word to this. One of my favorite things to see in an MMA fight is a KO from liver kicks/punches. There's usually a 1 or 2 second delay, then they get a panicky look and double over.

You can definitely knock dudes out by hitting them in The Sweet Spot on the face. It's happened to me before and it's not fun.

I've also been watching a lot of bare knuckle fighting. Like the legit bare knuckle professional association. And they knocked the shit out of each other constantly with punches to the face.

Its all about the sweet spot. dude/chicks just drop with no choice. their bodys shut down. Legs are gone. They be out cold.



However.  Well targeted body shots are absolutely devastating and can definitely win lots of fights. They're the shots that will get you into the positions to dominate somebody regardless of how they're fighting you. That's why you got to switch it up and go head body head body.

im.the youngest of 9 kids..  8 boys. 
Abuse and violence was their love language towards me.

It was  not a fun up bringing. It was more of "brother's" in a gang mentality.

I'm in a much better place these days I've made a family of my own and those people who are shared blood with aren't really in my life anymore. For one reason or another.

Anyways.  We all come from some where.  Amd go through all sorts of crazy shit along the way.

These days now that I no longer have to look over my shoulder and protect where I sleep. I'm just about being peaceful  and loving and doing good onto others.

The main problem is that nobody is going to stand there still, waiting for you to hit them in the jaw or the liver with everything you've got. And it's not that easy to aim at a moving target.

These people usually train combat sports. And from experience I can say that someone with basic technical training is typically way above the average person in a fight. That's where the "chess game" begins.

Still, the other problem is that they usually move in groups. And unless you're a Marvel superhero or you have a weapon — you'd better have a good sprint. Or be with your own crew.

And even if you're a competition fighter — the street allows biting, eye-gouging, grabbing genitals, or landing a full soccer kick straight to the head. And no referee is going to stop the fight...

Don't throw your life away stupidly by measuring mushrooms — it's not worth it. There are people who love you, avoid the fight, run — that's the wisest move. But train so you don't fail if someday you truly can't avoid it.

And in the end, none of us chose to live in a time where this is a necessary conversation.

In the mid 90's when we were 13-17 years old, abuch of childhood friends from school in Sweden (moved there with family in 1992 from Balkan) we had all Ethnicities but mostly Bosnian, Chilean, Lebanese, palestinian, Etitrean, Ethiopian, Viatnamese, you name it. For some strange reason (because of thrill really) we used to fight "organized" with a bunch of Swedish Neo Nazi's that lived in a neighboring town like 5 miles away.


Everyone was in on it, both teams, its not like one group suddenly jumps the other on sight (occasionally happens in smaller group when theres bad blood) but one or twice every summer we'd take our cars and drive 10-15 to where they live and sooner than later they'd spot us and know what we\re interested in and they\ll suddenly just manifest roughly equal number.


I cant remember one single time anyone ever got hurt to the point of needing to go to the hospital no broken bones ever no nasty cuts, just a few bruised lips and huring ribs (and messed up hands of course) The way we often fought with them is very chaotic were 10-15 on each side and most of the action is running around chasing one another, shouting acting like were so tought lol, they were probably a few years older than us maybe around 18, and they did steroids so some of them were pretty tall and looked scary as hell


Our team had like 2-3 buff guys some Lebanese brothers but the rest of us was a bunch of scrawny 5foot6 South Americans, East Africans and South East Asians :lol: tiny folks in general, the point is We didnt really "hate" them (some of them we did hate) but who ever got the upper hand usually made it desperse quickly. theres always 3-4 reasonable guys making sure we feel sorry for the other if they start looking like they dont really wanna fight anymore and that would be it :popcorn:



Police never came even once, we just meet up have a nice tussle in the parking lot or soccer field and then we get the heck out of there and go back to our town to share war storis and smoke a joint :bongload:

Well actually, there's was this one Swedish nerd that was on our team "Team Immigrants" we always had like one or two Wiggah Swedes that hung out with us and wanted to tag along and do  wild teen migrant stuff, anyway we were fighting these Nazis's as usual in their home town (but many os us have lived there previously so we know the place well) after the fight breaks up suddenly we see our friend laying in a bush an having a seizure, during the fight he had a pretty massive Stroke and was left paralizd in half of his face/body never recovered :confused: he can still walk and talk and do stuff but yeah, very say.


That day I learned that humans can experince a life altering stroke simply dude to excessive hight levels of stress/fear. Freaky shit. (he wasnt hit by anyone, it wasnt due to violence he didnt have a scratch on him, someone said they saw him immediatley fall and start shaking as soon as we started chasing oneanother and were starting to warm up with the first engagement of the day) And so effing typpical that it happened to him, never fought a day in his life and absolutely begged us whole day to take him with us. Life weird like that :bongload:

Yea you can knock a guy out if you zap em on the chin just right. Ive never done it in all my boxing days.  Point is, its much harder to do when everyone expects it.  Most skinheads and chuds are trained so its gonna be real hard.  guts are way easier to land on and honestly, it hurts much worse.

I'be been boxing throughtout my school days from sevent grade until I grduated high school, the phyisical science of knocking someone out is you want to clip the the most outer parts of the chin this action will violentley shake the (little brain?) dint know the word in english but brain part at the back of the head that is essential for balance/equilibrium, clean punches that hit the spot dont ned to be very hard at all.


Then there's the spot just behing the ear, a few good hard shots behind the ear doesnt often lay someone out but it isnt so much "miss and win" like the chin punches, those are either completely devastating or dont do shiet lol but those behing the ear they pile up and ALWAYS send the opponents more and more uncoordinated for every shot as incapacitating and being unconcious but you basically dont go out but you're definitely on crazy chicken legs on ice for a good minute or two


Punches you dont see coming are most often the ones they KO people, shots that are 20% power that you dont see coming will have you wake up 10 minutes later not knowing what day it is, but even if you have just a split second in a fight to see a punch coming as you are mentally expecting/bracing the impact then you can absorb even full power shots that land fairly clean. Its so mental with this stuff

The scaries Pro MMA fighters/Boxers/Kickboxers are the ones that are very skilled with precisely knowing how mix it up the right way so that in a well executed combinating you'r feet work will cut such angles that at the end of the flurry there be strikes that your opponent simply can not always see coming, and this is also very common technique among most pro stikers, its not just about hitting and landing hard, its about creating dangerous circumstances for your opponent where he's not comfortable

This much water was left after a 90min cycle on 18 PSI from my Presto sterilizing cakes :facepalm:




I always put 3L in it whatever im doing but this time I noticed that when I place 20+ half pint pint jars in the Presto and fill with 3L the bottom row gets entirely submerged and I didnt want that so I put only 2L this time, im never doing 2L ever again :crazy:

Weigh down the shaker and you won't lose nearly as much water. I have 2 american quarters taped to mine. I barely lose any water at 17-18 psi.

I have five Norwegian 1-coins stacked and taped i just gently placed them on the shaker when it get to 15PSI and it quiets down for a minute or two but then starts hissing pretty fiercly again at around 17-18, I have two 23 Qt presto's one is 8years old the other 10 lol (one the two dont know which) doesnt even get to pressure, it has a bulge on the bottom if you give it a spin it was actually spin very easily :lol: So im just using the other one that has a flat bottom still and gets to pressure immediately, the seal is still fairly intact altho its taken a beating of the years.


Anyway i'm naturally very skittish when it comes to PC's so Im basically ALWAYS measuring the amounts of water left after each cycle all these years so I can at least have a heads up when my Presto starts becoming more and more radicalized, the moment I hear him chanting about going to Paradise and the duty of Auticlavic Brotherood im pulling the plug on him :typing:



Every time when i do grain for 90-120 min I have 1.5-2L water left after a cycle, I always listen for boiling inside as well during
