Thank you! And thank you for the spores. They are very special, I can see why you've dedicated so much time to them. I'll do a giveaway soon and try to get some more people growing them.

Tax:

Quoting this because I wanted to add they spore drop slowly in my experience.  But over 48 hours I can sometimes get three prints off one cap, doing 12/12/24.

Loving what I'm seeing from this mushroom. :awesomenod: And all your work with it.
Finally made up my mind I'd like to try it. I'm just waiting until someone can short cut me with LC so I don't have to do all the work. Too busy.

Thanks for the tip. Is it me or do they produce a unique aroma? I haven't seen this mentioned yet.

Yeah, I think they have their own smell.  Cyans/cambos have their own smell too.  And bispo/beach pan something different.

Chloro dry reminds me of cat pee.  So I've only eaten that one once.

It's strong though. I can smell it at a distance. Here are some morning caps and a cross post.

For the record, these were fruited at 78 degrees plus in the bathhouse

Yeah I've been running them at 75 or higher mostly.  My initial thought that they might like it a little cooler I think was due to the high amount of evaporation in my other setup.

Does this plate look ready to send to grain once it spreads a bit further?

Yeah those top two at least look pretty good from here. It's kind of hard to tell from your photo though.

Here's a clone for comparison.

Getting to be a good size and some are dropping spores. I'll work on some prints today and most likely clone the one above.

Damn I been seeing these around for a little bit now, but I didn’t realize they had their own thread and how much work you put into them.

Seriously the sexiest mushrooms on this site I think.

Mine have less water weight than other copelandia too. 90% vs 95%.

I think they're on par with the rest as far as potency. And yeah they obviously produce very well.

I prefer the trip to cyans, too.

So yeah I agree they are definitely a sexy mushroom!

I closed my giveaway thread just because I'm kind of busy, but I do have some prints still if you decide you want one soloist.

I think it’s about time to drop these beautiful plates to grain. I’m loving the way this myc looks! The plate in the top left has a spot I’m concerned about, but the other 3 are pretty much perfect. Don’t mind the light condensation on the top view and the dark spots on the bottom view are just the plate labels.
