I genuinely think it's easy to get things twisted. It's easy to imagine harming others somehow helps.

The function of military is to provide a sense of control. Controlling fellow Americans in this case? Imprisonment is also about a sense of gaining control for the one doing the imprisoning and losing control for the one imprisoned.

What do you think the function is?

This is almost unbelievable, Trump showing some humility! These are the exact words uttered by Trump in an interview with Fox News about his seeking peace in the Ukraine-Russia war:

“I want to try and get to heaven, if possible,” Trump said.

“I’m hearing I’m not doing well. I am really at the bottom of the totem pole. But if I can get to heaven, this will be one of the reasons.”

I thought as the Messiah he would have a free pass to heaven.

As an aside, I heard from someone not authorised to speak publicly about this that if Trump is allowed into heaven he will build a huge resort there using all the illegitimate wealth he gathered on Earth.

Because it's no fun to make fun of people that don't have any power.

Congrats on quoting something real for the first time.

It’s a shame you can’t admit a Trump is a retard and express some intellectual honesty.

That, "retard" is about to end yet another conflict costing innocent people their lives. This is what, the 5th or 6th one now?

He did okay with Israel and Iran.

If you would educate yourself you’d know Trump is lying about the rest. With Trumps balls on your chin you’ll have a hard time reading anything of value though.

Russia , under the leadership of Trumps dude crush , is in Ukraine killing innocent people , the people being killed by Ukrainians are not innocent , they part of a foreign army that is invading and killing innocent people .
Russia could stop killing innocent people anytime they want .

All 6 of those states have cities with higher crime rates than DC.  Why didn't they send their national guard to those places?

We all know why.  Performative authoritarianism for you to wank to.

I saw this meme the other day and I was like YES!  Absolutely true without the south and all the  southern heritage  bullshit we would be a way better place . Just think if the nuclear bomb had been invented during the civil war instead of ww2 and the North just played Abraham nuke em until the south just didn't exist , that would have been cool .

Well, crime is down almost 50% in D.C. in just one week, so there's that.

Because D.C. is under a different jurisdiction.

It's funny you say this because anti-Trumpers would have been FAR more critical of him had he done what you are suggesting.

After D.C. is cleaned up, it will set a precedent.
