No I’m saying can the Bidens sue whoever puts out the report. Not can they be sued after the fact.

What I mean is a report after the fact. Like CNN for instance decides to run a story on Biden’s brother or sister. The report says they’re guilty even though they’ve been pardoned. Can they file a defamation suit against CNN?

Anyone can file a defamation suit against anyone at any time. The question is whether they would win. If CNN has a good faith reason to believe that what they say is true after doing their due diligence, the defamation suit would fail...pardon or no pardon.

A pardon has no effect on any civil lawsuits against a person.

There were a bunch of posers running around when I was growing up in the 80’s and early 90’s. Bomber jackets with suspenders and doc martins. Wonder where all those guys are now in life….wonder if their kids turned out as white trash as they were?

We all know what they are, but for him to proudly go out in front of a thousand cameras and not only do it once but twice in a row in a way that it’s impossible to mistake for anything else other than a nazi salute, it’s just fucking terrifying.

There are 7.5 million Diaspora Jews in America today and every single one of them seriously needs to start thinking about making Aliyah like right freaking now.

having people literally warning about fascism. I’m not surprised at all seeing the overt signs of it. I already was seeing those.

This is just disappointing. And I hope anyone who voted for the party that endorsed all of the fascism feels at least some semblance of shame from this. But I think deep down they all feel glee because this is what they wanted.

I just find the lying to be cowardice at this point. This is what it’s been building too for years, hasn’t it?

Be more proud of it. Be like you’re a little boy Trump and musk here. Put on a shirt.

At least have some pride about what you’re doing don’t be a fucking coward and pretend that it was about the economy or about the price of eggs.

Let people see who you really are.
