Anyone can file a defamation suit against anyone at any time. The question is whether they would win. If CNN has a good faith reason to believe that what they say is true after doing their due diligence, the defamation suit would fail...pardon or no pardon.

There were a bunch of posers running around when I was growing up in the 80’s and early 90’s. Bomber jackets with suspenders and doc martins. Wonder where all those guys are now in life….wonder if their kids turned out as white trash as they were?

having people literally warning about fascism. I’m not surprised at all seeing the overt signs of it. I already was seeing those.

This is just disappointing. And I hope anyone who voted for the party that endorsed all of the fascism feels at least some semblance of shame from this. But I think deep down they all feel glee because this is what they wanted.
