The reason we celebrate new years now is some roman political stuff from the year 153 to align with military and political interest. Previous to that the year would start in march. Makes more sense to me that way.

APE on PF Tek cakes



Some very clean looking swab plates from my first flush of APE. I was given a clone sample and its fruiting nicely. Haven't tested potency yet. Do y'all ever just start with spores for APE or just keep running the same clone cluster?





And my first Enigma, seems ready to harvest, right? Look how much it made the substrate shrink

Nice I just checked my pan tub...triched out again lol , 8 for 8 in 2024. No more pans for me. Tried a 50/50 cow manure n verm a horse manure a horse cow coir mix I've tried both sterile and pasteurized subs it's either a culture that can't be cleaned or my casing mix I'm gonna go with the culture but either way...fuck it lol 🤣

Happy New Year, everyone!

Here’s an update on my first ever tub. After days and days of tons of hyphal knots, finally started pinning! Not much compared to some tubs here but I’m really excited!

I’m still finding myself misting twice a day to keep surface conditions good.

This tub is 21 days from spawn to bulk, 12 days since introducing fruiting conditions (I know now to introduce FAE at time of spawn to bulk…will do for the next tub)

All in one bag does wonders. S2B sterilozed or pasteurized its super easy to trich out after like 2 flushes. With my all in one bag I got 5 fat flushes before the green. The only issue with that is that contam is harder to see inside the bag so u might wait a while for it to be done and then be disappointed. Happened to me with bispos
Saying all this as a guy that used a gordo flowhood from day 1 to do all of my work. Not the most sterile out there.
