Depending on the way you take them it could take a lot longer to kick in. I had some vegan caps that normally took about 90 mins to dissolve, I took them right after a meal once and it took 3 hours.

Yeah don't chuck em. I got a little moisture in my jars and freaked out but they are doing fantastic. Most growers here said with pf jars it's pretty natural to the colonization process especially when it's close to fully colonized.

That kind of water in a grain jar is definitely cause for concern but not brf cakes from what I gather. One of my jars had like a teaspoon of actual water pooled at the bottom still came out healthy.

Why the Jar on the right with Syringe Filter recover way slower after shake then the Jar on the left with Micropore Tape? You see the difference maybe the Syringe Filter is not Optional for Grain Jars???

Syringe filters aren't meant for gas exchange with grain jars.
You are not supplying sufficient GE to the grains.

OK that's makes sense but what i do know? Maybe poke a hole in my SAB and put a Tape on it ore is the chance to high for contam? If I let it Grow maybe it takes longer then. What you would do?

Personally I've had this happen in the past and I replaced the lid with a sterile lid that had a filter but I did this in front of an ffu as well.

If you don't mind risking the opening of the jar in your sab then it's worth a try but you can also just accept the slow speed and wait for it to finish although that can take ages.

Or just use it as you would an unmodified lid. Get rid of the tape and just unscrew the lid a quarter turn.  :shrug:

Shit, thanks for that response. My last try of PF they looked wet like this and all got a yellow contam within a week or two of fruiting, and I’ve basically only done grains since. I’m flush with mush right now though (thanks fellas), so I wasn’t really as willing to spawn something bacterial.

Good idea but why using Pepole a syringe filter for LC when the Filter does not do any Air Exchange?

It works for LC because LC doesn't need much gas exchange to colonize.

Guy's i have important question for me and a friend we both have some depression sometimes not every time a friend has it worse then me. I listening too a Pottcast and searching a bit using Psylosibin Micro Dosing ore sometimes for curing depression lot off Pepole say it's change there live and they don't have Mental Problems after using it and some Studys also proving it John Hopkins Institute also have read about it.

What you Pepole here say something about it it is true ore can it make it worse?I think about it using a micro dosage for maybe a month to try too cure it ore something and a friend of mine he bought a Grow Kitt of Shrooms he try to cure his depression maybe a better option then using Psychopharmaka ore something.

While I think this is a better question for Psychedelic Medicine, Research, and Micro dosing forum, I think anyone on here will attest that micro and macro dosing CAN cause positive changes, but shouldn't be relied upon solely to alleviate depression, anxiety, malaise, etc...  People are complex, and depression occurs as a result of a complex of circumstances, traumas, biochemical imbalances, etc which don't cater to a blanket approach to treatment.  If you don't have a history of schizophrenia, suicidal ideation, or anything else particularly concerning, I don't see why trying a microdose regimen would be a problem.  I have used it to get myself out of a funk, and it works well for me in the short term.  I do believe that high-dose, meditative sessions are where any substantive work begins, however; and positive lifestyle changes are the key to the effectiveness of any treatment for depression.  Taking mushrooms won't "cure" anything, however.

Do APEs follow the same theory of harvest time as normal PE? When the stems are slightly soft like a marshmallow.

Microdosing left me worse off than before I started, but ketamine therapy has helped a lot.

Conversely, micro dosing cured my chronic lifelong depression in like 10 days.

This stuff isn’t studied properly or legal, so you’re going to have to find out yourself. Be dubious of absolute claims when it comes to psychedelics as medicine. Every brain is different.

For the most part.. depending on culture. I've had some that were more like normal stipes and and others had the spongy/marshmallow feel

I don't see any aborts, but it looks like maybe a little more FAE for those would be good, just for reference.  If you usually keep those bags shut, crack em a bit.  I like to poke a series of pinholes near my sub line in zips to get airflow at the surface level 👍
