Prosecutor Fani in the Georgia case must step down or deep six the special prosecutor, looks like the judge literally split the baby.
No matter the choice, this is a win for Trump, if she stays on it looks like taint...dont think this thing is gonna wrap up before the election.

Probably wasn't expecting the spin machine to pick it up. As the judge ruled, there is no conflict of interest and her relationship wasn't wrong...but there is an "appearance of impropriety".

Pretty sure the only reason there is an "appearance of impropriety" is because there's a political party very invested in creating an appearance of impropriety.

Knowing the nature of the defence, I guess it's easy to say now, they should've seen this coming.

Look we don't want to get into the territory where politicians might be held criminally accountable for political actions whilst in office. Then half of congress or something would have to resign. My whole point is that what trump did fell far out of bounds of the outer scope of thier office. Trump owes $400 million in fines and judgments. He has three criminal trials coming up that he’s desperately tried to get dismissed with no success. How is that him trolling?

Trump lost. He didn’t get his case dismissed. Dragging his opponents through the mud might be entertaining and trolling, but he still keeps losing in the end.

I don’t understand the premise. If anything, if there was some scandal involving trumps defense attorneys that affected their ability to competently represent Trump, he could successfully appeal a conviction due to incompetent counsel.

But I fundamentally don’t understand why you believe two lawyers fucking is even scandalous.
