Prosecutor Fani in the Georgia case must step down or deep six the special prosecutor, looks like the judge literally split the baby.
No matter the choice, this is a win for Trump, if she stays on it looks like taint...dont think this thing is gonna wrap up before the election.

Fuckin A

“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

Why'd she have to do it? Surely she knew this would come out.

Probably wasn't expecting the spin machine to pick it up. As the judge ruled, there is no conflict of interest and her relationship wasn't wrong...but there is an "appearance of impropriety".

Pretty sure the only reason there is an "appearance of impropriety" is because there's a political party very invested in creating an appearance of impropriety.

I’m still at a loss how two prosecutors fucking each other is a conflict of interest that is relevant to the case

It is "improper"
I've had work relationships before. Nobody likes that shit for some reason...
Knowing the nature of the defence, I guess it's easy to say now, they should've seen this coming.

Edit

I guess I don't know how it came out. Maybe they did disclose it. I just assumed that the defense found out. Maybe it was a journalist or something

Lmfao if trump had a home run and HIS attorneys were fucking each other everyone would be crying about it

Democrats are retarded.  They fed the troll.  The right move was to let trump fade into obscurity and shout at the wind.  Instead they polarized the country (thinking it would instead bury trump) and now have the same 50/50 shot at trump actually winning as 2016.

Swing and a miss for the numbnuts in blue

Trump is trolling his way to a presidency, and I couldn’t think it’s sadder that people just don’t get it

Trump definitely has private investigators to try to dig out technicalities such as this, I’m told; Per sources.

I'm not so sure. It isn't a conflict of interest as stated by the judge. The people most likely to complain about others having sex... well you know who they are

For most of the normies out there, an operating system is just a bootloader for Google Chrome.

And I don't know what the mantis is praying for
But he's probably just thanking the Lord
That he don't live in a home
And he don't got a phone
And he don't sit around all angry and bored

This isn’t about that, it’s about crying if the other side gets the upper hand.  That’s how politics work.

So trump is about to get off the hook entirely, but his defense attorneys are involved in a “scandal”.  You really think the democrats would just let it go because “sex is OK…according to their policy position.”  ????

Absolutely fuckin not, how naive are people holy shit

Politics is just a game of attrition and deception.

Look we don't want to get into the territory where politicians might be held criminally accountable for political actions whilst in office. Then half of congress or something would have to resign. My whole point is that what trump did fell far out of bounds of the outer scope of thier office. U can see here a picture of a jackass retard who made an ass of the country vs a reverent and respectful gentleman. You can't exactly just throw your arm around moms shoulder. How would you hold your hands:youseethisshit:

if they would react no differently then this ought to have happened before in a similar context. can you think of one?

i guess we should make sure we are talking about the same thing.
are we talking about maneuvers in court or the reaction of the base?

Trump owes $400 million in fines and judgments. He has three criminal trials coming up that he’s desperately tried to get dismissed with no success. How is that him trolling?

Trump lost. He didn’t get his case dismissed. Dragging his opponents through the mud might be entertaining and trolling, but he still keeps losing in the end.

I don’t understand the premise. If anything, if there was some scandal involving trumps defense attorneys that affected their ability to competently represent Trump, he could successfully appeal a conviction due to incompetent counsel.

But I fundamentally don’t understand why you believe two lawyers fucking is even scandalous.
