I wasn’t gonna add this as I’m on mobile and it’s a bitch to get long winded but:

The morphology shouldn’t have any bearing on the tubs not fruiting.  I have a hard time believing that the cultures can come from the nute medium and the tub fails yet a xfer made from that medium back to rit and then used results in a successful fruiting.  Be curious to hear what the sample size is on that.  It’s possible the rit has some inhibitory properties on bacterial growth but that just seems like a stretch as far as those results go.  As mentioned, I’d look at other areas of the process and go back to spore if all else fails.  Or, just run the rit

He hasn't had success going to rit then back to nute and into fruiting from what I understood
