I made a batch of 50 condiment cups about 3 weeks ago.. I checked them after 10 or 11 days and they were clean.. now I'm down to the last 10 and 6 of them look like they have 1 tiny speck each that's bacterial isn't bacteria usually a lot faster than this? The plates have been wrapped and sealed in a ziplock the whole time.
