I'm thinking maybe it's just that one you happen to have. I Don't Know But I've used a many different Grinders over the years and never really had that issue. The one I'm currently using I got for like $11 from Target or something like that. It's not any name brand or anything but nothing leaks out while you're grinding. Obviously I think the puff of dust when you open it is inevitable


However the finer you grind it the more you are going to inevitably lose in that puff of dust and throughout the process. I usually lose .3 to .5 of a gram throughout the process of grinding up eight grams for me and my wife. At the end of the night there's always a little bit missing.



I just bought this bad boy  for grinding up to 700gs. For making chocolates.
