made some broth up, and PC'd for 20 min at 15psi

there was a lot of sediment, but I went ahead and inoculated it via agar wedge last night.

any reason to be thrown off by the sediment, or will it be okay (if clean) just not as pretty?

It doesn't matter about the sediment.  The myc will eat it up.

It’s ok if they’re yellow right??

I just made one with lme and a few drops of Karo and I accidentally cooked it for 40 mins instead of 20 and it came out golden instead of clear.

How much water u using ?

I plan on using 750-800 ml water for my lc . Would it colonize as fast as a 250ml lc?

Possibly dumbass question but ion know much about lc’s
