Don't let anyone tell you that republicans aren't taking the #FARTINGCOWS seriously. They're taking them as seriously as any democrat, and democrats should be grateful they have a senate majority leader with the initiative and foresight to get this baby out there. It's time to put up or shut up. Everyone contact your local senator and tell them to vote this baby through.

Taxpayers would have subsidized Amazon $3 billion.  That's $3 billion lost that could have been used to rebuild New York's subways; that's $3 billion lost that could have been used to ensure local schools wouldn't be overcrowded; that's $3 billion lost that could have been used for a lot of things.  Amazon paid no taxes over the last two years.  Fuck Amazon and their belief in Government entitlements.

Don't think the jobs, money, or economic activity are going away.  Amazon won't shut down.  They'll go elsewhere, hopefully somewhere that won't give Amazon as many freebies at the expense of the taxpayer.
