There's nothing legitimate about that question at all. It's dumb question with obvious answers. You don't have to be a rocket surgeon to get it.

It's totally fine that you are unable to answer qman's question.

It's really hard to figure out why the entire newborn population of the world isn't a U.S. citizen by virtue of flying here the week before birth.

On a scale of 1 to 2, 1 being full retard and 2 being full retard, the question is full retard.

Or how about you actually try to answer qman's question instead of saying how stupid of a question it is.

You should answer a question in an honest way instead of demanding other people be able to read your mind and "decipher your answer".

It's not worth my or anybody's time.

Why don't we all fly to different countries every single time we feel like it? Why don't we all just have visa's and passports and access to international airports and cars to get to and fro and unlimited ability to be wherever we want at any time?

It's really stupid fucking question.

There is nothing wrong with asking a question.  However there is something wrong with answering a question with another question.
