I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

I dont think it should be included. It's obviously being used for political purposes.

Yes , we should have census . It's vital to scientific study .

People who gripe about it are paranoid and typically have something to hide or some other reason.

There isn't anything wrong with understanding the demographic and quantification of populations at all from a research stand point .

No one, as far as i'm aware, said we shouldn't have a census. The issue was about certain questions that might be used for reasons beyond demographic research.

And i'm honestly facepalming and embarrassed that people still make the "if you have got nothing to hide, there is no problem" argument :facepalm: Dear God! We deserve all our rights to be stripped away with thinking like that :facepalm:
