You do realize that many EU nations have not reported migrant crimes into the statistics because of political reasons?  I mean governments would never twist the numbers to dumb down the public.

The Gatestone Institute is a right-wing think tank often accused of an anti-muslim bias, and with a reputation for inaccurate reporting. I'll take a single quoted officials statement with a grain of salt.

This table shows the data well. Although certain ethnic groups are definitely overrepresented, to paint the entire migrant community as responsible for a rape epidemic is wrong.
