Complete, total & utter bullshit. The natural vs synthetic argument is bullshit. And shrooms fucking suck. LSD brought me more knowledge & revelation in one trip than all my mushroom trips combined.

I get you're feeling passionate about the cause atm but it's worth taking the time to evaluate how you go about it.

For the most part I can agree about my experiences with mushrooms. They seem special and they truly feel like a life changing experience when done right. The whole growing aspect is influential as well. It's like, how anyone who's grown their own bud would know - that your crop seems to get in touch with you more than other's bud would. Maybe it's some kind of placebo but I find it to be true. When it's a real psychedelic trip it just becomes that much more special.

As for DMT I always found it was a little hollow without the vine, but quite amazing when combined with L for instance.

Bullshit, your whole OP was a pretentious "natural drugs are better, and anyone that prefers LSD doesn't know what's up braaah" rant. Which is a load of crap. I never tell people they shouldn't take shrooms, or that their experiences with them aren't legit. But the proponents of shrooms on this site are the opposite. You all just bash LSD & the others & completely disregard the fact that millions of people have had powerful life altering & spiritual experiences from LSD & other synthetics. And disregard that there's many people that get way better effects from LSD. I don't give a fuck which one you or anyone else prefers. But the elitism from au naturale crowd is annoying, and not justified.

Futhermore, this site is about way more than mushrooms. It started as cultivation site, but grew into something way more. I've been posting here for over a decade, and lurking for even longer....so I would know. Lot of vets don't take any psychedelics anymore. They passed that phase of their lives. But they're still here, because this place is about community.....not drugs. The drugs are just an aspect of the community.

Yeah I do. One experience is not equal to another. That's the beauty of psychedelia, is that it's tailored to you. I have hit the spot plenty of times, just because you have some form of dissolution, that doesn't automatically indicate some kind of transcendental experience. Significance is relative, and relative to me, ayahuasca is much more profound than DMT as a lone constituent.

Because it's a community,  newb. One I've been a part of long before you ever even ate shrooms. I came of age here, learned, grew, fucked up/broke down spewed my craziness & demons and got love & compassion here. Made lifelong friends here. That's why. What the shroomery was when I first came around was very different, and something you wouldn't recognize. Very tight knit. It's changed a lot & in ways I don't like, but it's still a community of fascinating, eccentric, intelligent, weird, and beautiful people. That's why I'm still here. Again, it's not about the drugs, it's about the people. If you think it's about the drugs than it's you that doesn't know what's up. It's you that needs a reality check.

And for the record, I actually love DMT. I just don't like shrooms.
