That's sleep paralysis, not a ghost. The same thing happened to me but with a specific ghost from a game called fatal frame. One with her eyes sewn shut where she moans "I can't see"

Oh thanks for mentioning sleep paralysis. It may be indeed so real. Although i didnt have an idea where it came from for i was a drunkard loner before who doesnt play games nor watch horror movies.

My now wife saw it too during our teenage years in a trip to get food from the fridge in our kitchen.

My neighborhood also gossips of lady peaking from outside our window on some occasion.

When I was about 12 or something me and two friends went into an old church in a state of partial demolition.

There was a spiral staircase and all three of us clearly saw a dark robed figure going up the stairs. We all got pretty freaked out because the floor that connected to the staircase had been completely removed. The staircase just ended in mid-air and was in such a poor state that we didnt dare to touch it, let alone climb it.
