Yep. Just good ol' Benadryl.
It also helps with the itchiness.

Once you become a kratome elder you see more beauty in the lower doses then the nod doses.

i, sir, am an elder of the leaf.

for me, low doses in the early morning and a heavier dose at night. if i have school i take a mediocre dose. let me explain in detail...

first thing in the morning ill drink between 3-4 grams on an empty stomach. if i have school ill drink 5-6 grams right before dinner. if i have nothing going on and i want to chill or if my back is acting up, ill take 8-9 grams. if im going out ill stick to a 5 gram dose.

Since last Friday I've been feeling really lethargic and dizzy.
This morning I woke up with a fever of almost 103f.

Come to find out I have strep throat. :frown:
Everything about it sucks, but the point is taking kratom last night and this morning has greatly improved my well being as well as managed the pain in my throat.
Of it wasn't for kratom I'd be fucked.

Just got some in the mail, haven't had any in a while and my shipment was already heavily delayed to begin with.

The thing I notice most beneficial about kratom is that it relieves my allergies nearly if not completely 100%.

Just took a dose and hope to clear that shit out, allergies can ruin an entire week if not more.

I've never actually got a cold or even been sick on kratom before. I think it boots my immune system.

Only 2 oz's of a nice red vein. Prices aren't too high for smaller purchases, I pay 11 dollars a oz usually but shipping is free.  I got the same kind as my last purchase that I thought was good, potent and clean stuff. Doesn't make me sick or nauseous too easily like my last batch of bali
They have been having quite a few number of sales so I'll probably buy a larger amount of various different veins before I run out here.

The powder is already in effect(<1.5 grams) and allergies have subsided, it works surprisingly well as a anti histamine.  I'll probably have to switch up how I've been using K, when I have it I more often than not use it at least once a day for the time I have it.  I really don't want to beef of my tolerance and get back to the point of eating 5 grams a dose & getting constipated; might try making tea.  I would think it'd be best to dose just once a day preferably at night but I dunno, sometimes like today a small amount is needed and beneficial.  I got the kratom jabbers, can't stop talking.

Kratom cures my allergies as well.

I wake up with a congested nose but when I take it, it clears up.

I've had allergies, every day, my entire life. Always congested/runny nose. watery eyes

If I stop taking it first thing that happens is my eye's become itchy and watery.

I never noticed it helped with allergies until you guys brought it up lol but now thinking back I haven't bought allergy medicine in like 6 months where normally spring and summer kill me. My client also got a cat that I'm around a lot that normally would kill me but I haven't had any issues at all that's interesting.

Yep. I have severe seasonal allergies. And cats
..
Kratom foes wonders. Any opioid does, really.

Can you guys catch a nod on kratom? With high doses of really quality leaf I can lay down and catch a nice little nod sometimes. Not like real opiates, but a nod nonetheless.

yeah, you can def get a kratom nod. i ate a fat dose on the way to school a few months ago and could barely keep my eyes open while driving.

I did that at work a few times, last year when I first started :doublefacepalm:

You sure they allergies? I get really bad allergies too typically, and for a long time thought it was helping, then eventually i realized it's just that kratom withdrawals are pretty much exactly like allergies.

That's true as well.

Runny nose, lethargy, reduced taste and smell...

All can be applied to both allergies and krat w/d

I have heard that kratom is an immunostimulant and makes your immune system stronger, and is also anti-viral, bacterial and fungal. I notice I am overall more physically vigorous when on it daily, work out longer and harder, have more energy, and get sick less often.
