Have any of you experienced incredibly vivid dreams the night after you quit Kratom?
It's happened to me just about every time I dose for more than a week straight. Some of the scariest nightmares I've ever had.

Most opioids are known to make dreams much more real, vivid and scary OR great.

It's very strange for me because my regular dreams are always fun and I really enjoy them.
I guess since quitting opioids makes me feel shitty, I have shitty dreams...
When I quit traditional opiates after 4 years straight of heavy abuse I had a good 3 weeks of non stop, hellish nightmares. When I could sleep that is...

I always have better dreams after using kratom, I have been on a short break so far and have noticed an increase in dreams and my ability to remember them.
Last night/ this morning I kept on waking up half in my dream still thinking of the weird random crap from my dream.

There is no sleep the day after quitting kratom---only laying, staring at the ceiling with RLS. It sucks!
I thought maybe it was just a coincidence last time I stopped so I tried it again last week---yep, still sucks to stop and try and get sleep. At least I don't get the hellish nightmares you speak of.

I tried every version of kratom and every method and never felt shit - though I've discussed here before that I am super resistant to opiate's - probably the reason why.

Usually, and it helps. I spent most of today in w/d and despite taking many dabs I was still pretty depressed all morning
Just took some of this kratom from a new vendor and I'm gettin pretty nicely high

try smoking some bud or dank hash.
Dabs generally are pretty THC concentrated and don't have all the effects smoking some flower can have.
Dabs have made me feel depressed and or anxious a fair amount of times as well.

Down to my last few grams I can easily do without, as I take it every few days or so, but still. I wanna try some red vein, but I'm all outta money right now.
I've found kratom to be much better to use recreationally than weed(at least for me) because when I smoke weed consecutively, I get EXTREMELY lazy. Plus I make a huge mess, and too lazy to clean up.
Plus kratom is way cheaper than bud.

Yes insomnia and restless legs is the worst part of Kratom withdrawal by far,
Hash, weed, kava, etizolam or benzos, alcohol , All can help to some extent .
I think I will start taking no Kratom On the days that I don't work: that will reduce my use by half. It will be hard but Totally worth it. I don't mind the witbdrawal as long as I don't have to work.
I should get some etiz though to help me sleep on my off days.

I took etiz for 6 days and had 2 weeks of hellish hangovers. I would advise nobody ever take that crap, ever.

Whenever I do go on my short breaks every month or two, my intake of cannabis certainly increases a bit during those few days or week that I take a break...mostly at night though to help with sleep and restlessness.
During the day time to help with lethargy and feeling down, smoking some syrian rue seeds certainly helps (I believe one of the harmala alkaloids has affinity for opioid receptors, something is going on there because the harmalas do attenuate opioid w/d IME) .
Mucuna pruriens is another thing I utilize for energy and a boost in mood when on my days off from kratom.
I use both syrian rue and mucuna off and on (though never together) regardless if I'm taking kratom or not...No regular set pattern of use but I do use em' more often when I take a break from the leaf.
And my w/d isn't anything too bad..I'd prefer not to go through it but it's nothing even close to what I can imagine full blown opioid w/d is like....2 or 3 days of shitty restless sleep at night, lethargy and kinda irritable during the day, a wee bit sore and achey. The rest is more or less returning to how I feel without the leaf in my life, since I use it more as a medicine rather than something just to catch a buzz on. It's my anxiolytic, antidepressant, & painkiller all in one. Keeps me level headed, gets me out of my head and more social, gets me motivated like no other.
