Grand Beliefs and Perspective
    #1966038 -

Greetings, all. I would like to introduce myself as The Observer, first of all.

So, what does that job title pertain? What do I do? I observe.

When observing, it is important that my lens are clean, you know? You can't perceive anything correctly if your view is clouded and obstructed.

So, when one is carrying out the position of The Observer, what is it exactly that can cloud and obstruct ones vision?

Assumptions and beliefs, young lads. To make it catchier, the good ole' A-B-C's: Assumptions, beliefs, and causes.

You see, holding assumptions, beliefs, and pursuing causes tends to blind people. You see, when you use these things, you assume something as true, so therefore, what is held as true isn't questioned anymore. It is great, ever read a mystery? Like the one where someone dies and the wife of the murderer never suspects her husband? I dunno, but yeah.

Fufilling the role of The Observer leads to insight and a better understanding of what is around us. When it comes to the unknown, something with that has nothing to actually support a belief, holding a strong belief is foolish and ignorant. The Truth is something we have no way of knowing, so make assumptions about what The Truth is, and you will be cut off from The Truth.
Peace.

I believe (for lack of a better word) that the unknown can be experienced, but the wisdom gained from that experience doesn't explain it, nor can the wisdom be transferred through language.

You can grasp a concept as true through the use of intuition at times but fail to explain it with the so highly rated rational thought. It shouldn't matter. Your own experience can't and won't be anyone else's, at any given time.

All you can do is observe from the newborn's empty mind, and intuitively get to know your subject.

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Ex-fucking-xactly. Our experiences are our own, no amount of communication (in its present form, at least) can accurately get across our experiences.
