I went 3 months when I had psychosis. I was afraid everyone knew I was masturbating when I tried, so I couldn't get a hard on.

Especially cause I thought everyone could see what I was masturbating to in my head. :blush:

Back when I was 16 and in youth group, I went to a church once that told 16 year old boys it was a sin to masturbate. And all the guys my age were actually trying to not masturbate...not masterbate ever again. I told them they were retarded.

I've gone months without stroking it, it helps a lot to have a girlfriend. Also my sex drive seems to have gotten over its peak, so I don't think about it nearly as often as I used to when I was between 16-24. Back then it was 2-3 times a week at least, even with a GF.

Do you become more witty, clear-headed and overall sharper if you go without masturbating? I usually go once every day or so but it makes sense biologically because if your body doesn't think you are having sex then it is going in overdrive to help you impress girls enough to have sex? Seriously, this would be a big revelation for me.

Long story short, my immune system was raping a section of my small intestine. It became so scarred and inflamed that not even plain water could pass through. I lost lot of weight as you can imagine and eventually I decided to use masturbation to release endorphins to help with the pain while the doctors were figuring out what was wrong. Eventually this stopped being possible, and I could not even risk standing up to quickly or I would risk head rushes strong enough to knock me right to the ground. Eventually the doctors figured out that I needed intravenous nutrients and I was put on a PICC line with TPN and lipids. This helped enormously because, even though I could not eat or drink my body was coming back to life with restored nutrients. Then a few months after that I had a surgery to remove this portion of my intestine. After that I recovered quickly and was quite healthy. But the rapid weight gain from overeating after the surgery gave me stretch marks :sad:
