Okay, so I made an appointment with a urologist to check it out tomorrow. I don't feel comfortable popping it myself considering its location and high risk of infection.

UPDATE: so i wen't to the urologist today and found out that it was an abscess, most likely caused by, yes i guessed it, masturbating with dirty hands. He had to fucking inject my dick in 5 different places with a numbing agent, which was beyond painful, and then used a scalpel to drain it.
Let this be a lesson to he rest of you! Wash your hands before jerkin' it!
