Copyright fair use

I was wondering about posting whole complete news articles on the message board. I think its is technically fair use and allowed under copyright laws, but for websites its different. Will I get it trouble for posting an entire article without permission? If I won't, anyone learned in the legal system explain it to me?

IANAL but in english (and even more in psychology) weve been taught the only difference between plagerisim, which is this type of copyright infringment, and fair-use is your documentation, provide the info for the source of the article (the link and who owns it will usually suffice) and there should be no problems.
