Alright. I'm not trying to be a spam poster or anything, but I wanted to hear any feedback from those who visit here often. I'm hoping an admin will give a "yea" versus a "nay" for a couple of 'em.

b. shroomery radio broadcast recordings when no music is involved

a. grow logs recorded via camera like the one's Ryche Hawk did of P. Cyanascens outdoors

c. conferences or clips of lsd and related conferences
3. A section at the Shroomery with PDF downloadable, organized "nice to the eyes" library.

Your best indoor Grow TEKs, your best outdoor Grow TEKs, advanced skills articles, your best hunting guides, text-recorded interviews, etc. We could even make one month's worth of news available in PDF format at the end of each month. For inspiration, the Psychedelic Library website has entire books available.
4. Changing the name of the browser window to something that has no meaning or symbol of mushrooms. This will increase security for your users. Potentially, this could welcome a few extra people who get too paranoid
5. Ads should only be visible to those who login as members. Spore sales and kits shouldn't be one of the first things that ANYONE can see if they go to this site.

6. Update the Experience Submission Form with more detailed/precise fields. Also cause these fields to be mandatory and permanent. More emphasis should be added to this category of information. It is important for others to have access to. As we go further into Entheogenic understanding, those who receive "trip reports" should demonstrate a thorough knowledge by creating this area of the site with sensitivity.
7. An expression (or statement/section) on the site that appeals to all nations, all people, all backgrounds of faith, race, etc. Something more "open lotus" than what is currently there. It doesn't have to be a dogmatic statement. It could just be a graphic that moves around and somehow gives a "You're welcome here no matter what race you are from" kind of vibe.
8. A language translator option so people can choose their language when they login or make it a permanent setting. I realize this would be tough to pull off but someone somewhere must be working on a program for this. Language translator with country flags.
9. A balance between males and females. This site is very, very, very male dominant. The way this can be accomplished, perhaps, is to discourage guys from posting things that would make women go the opposite way.
10. More forums (actually more subforums) based on what the community appears to be asking for. Tons of people seem to be smiling about a "Dream Forum." -check
11. More video games if possible. How bout Pitfall? I liked this game when i was but a boy.
12. Create a specific Shroomery News Page (not just a new forum). It should not be as intense as CNN.com but it should be more intense than it currently is. A "journalism" team of two or three people could oversee this section.
13. Once a month do a psychedelic book review. Also do a monthly interview with someone in the psychedelic community or an author. The news page could be separate from the forums and could even be the main page www.shroomery.org .
14. The Calendar ontop of the forums could also include holidays and special dates. For instance the first day of Spring is March 20th.
15. A Shroomery Booklet mailed out for those who become Supporters. A booklet with indoor and outdoor teks (information only), hunting info/species identification/habitat, building supplies, legal issues/knowing the law, etc. The booklet could be designed the same way The Basement Shaman's booklet is.

16. Create a Doorway of Key People involved in psychedelics; profiles of the individuals who have brought mushrooms to the forefront of awareness.

It would be interesting to have a discrete area where a tripper could go to in order to test his/her "in-the-momentness" (their IQ, their coordination, their speed of response) using online tests at the Shroomery. For instance, say you want to see if you can get the same IQ score without tripping as you would while tripping. Likewise, there could be several other types of mind tests.
18. This screen could use page numbers at the bottom like each forum has when you do a general browse all all posts. For instance, I wanted to jump ahead to my posts a few months ago and instead of going to a page number I had to keep clicking "next"....
19. Snail Mail Shroomery Newsletter For Supporters
a. Supporters see a different URL (a work-friendly version) in their browser, right?
b. Can you provide an option to disable the mushroom in the url bar and on the browswer tab?
c. Is it possible or will it eventually become possible to eliminate a list of swear words or inappropriate words from posts?
20.I was wondering if members who have been here for a certain amount of time could disable the ads. I know atleast ten vendor sites by heart. The ads simply pose a hug viewable picture of active foods on my screen.
21.*Eventually, a Shroomery Online Edible/Medicinal Mycology Course with a certification in basic/middle/advanced stages of home indoor and outdoor cultivation. This is probably the greatest contribution this site could give to the US and Canada if not all of Europe as well.
22.* A welcome auto-email to all new members that tells them how to best use the forums. Also include the appropriate way of conduct (what is the best way to discuss an issue, etc).
23. An option at the top or bottom of each thread to "Make thread into PDF Document and save to hard drive"
24. Create 2 new smileys: Peyote, San Pedro cacti images
25. Vaults (like www.erowid.com has) for each psychotropic plant for those intereseted in other stuff. The vaults should be more to-the-point than Erowid but should include better info. I love Erowid, they're great, but there's more info about how NOT to take a plant than needs to be there.
