HEPA Hood Question

Hey guys, first time trying to build a HEPA blower I tried my best to familiarize myself with the numbers but I want to double check here before I buy anything.

So I did my homework, after many hours searching I think these two ebay items will suffice.

Filter:

Something is not right, a filter that size should cost like 5 times more....it should be around $100-$150....

That seems too good to be true...

Would anyone in the US be willing to purchase one of these filters and ship it to Australia? Costs here are very prohibitive.

sorry to bring back an old thread, but i am really curious about this myself... that ebay seller has quite a few hepa filters at seemingly ridiculous prices, and i am currently in the market for a filter as i would like to put together a flow hood.  i could only find one feedback comment about one of the filters in his selling history and they said it was legit.  does anyone here have experience with this ebay seller?
