question about making a spore syringe

my question is: i scraped a spore print into a 1/2 pint jar that was 1/2 filled w/ distilled water(EVERYTHING WAS STERILE),now a couple of days later there is what looks like lint floating around in it. is this alright or will my next batch of shrooms be screwed?? just wondering, i don't want a hairy tounge later down the road if they germinate... lol

I'm pretty sure you're doin' fine. Germinating or expanding spores? Maybe dead spore husks from being too hot? My honey water's starting to look like it has light tan lint floating in it, (though tha'd make a lot more sense) and something similar happened in the process of my syringe getting to me because of the heat when it was shipped. (pretty dark brown) Is it anything between those? Shouldn't be anything to worry about, unless it's some disgusting looking stuff that you're pretty sure shouldn't be in there.. If you have enough confidence to question it being contamination, and you were sterile the whole way through, then it's probably ok.. 'Course I'm still new here, just saying what I know so far.

hey thanks man,
i just wasn't sure. i thought that it might be paper fibers(scrapen' the spores off the paper) but there was no sign of them when i first did it. i guess, i'll try the way that you are talkn' bout since i received them from you...

you have been quicker than ne other vendor i have dealt with and the print was huge(1/2 dollar size of cambo)

Wow, that?s a lot of work. Do you then check every syringe for being contamination free?
You should get(build) you a HEPA hood.
