I don't see how the toxins from the contam on the cake could be carried to the mushrooms spore. The mold, or whatever the contam is, has to germinate before it produces contams just like the mushrooms, or mycelum, has to germinate to produce psilocybin/psilocin, you can't just eat the spores.
The mushroom spore germinates mushroom mycelum and fruits. Toxins can't be carried via spores. Now, if you've gotten mold spores in with your spore print, your just going to end up innoculating your jars with the contam right away and there for wasting your time.
If you can, use a clean print to avoid other than mushroom spores being on the print, but to answer your question, No contams can not be carried through the mushrooms spores.
