I was reading this post and heard
a plane flying outside when I looked outside
it had a banner attached which said "OHM"...

It's true tho, about the plane that is.
Mark, that was particularly enlightening I never thought
there was anything of a science to chanting. I always thought
that any chanting would do since it served the purpose
of attaining a trance state. But never thought of it in terms
of frequencies etc.
