the best thing to chant is the alfa beth
or just count to 20
or count to 10 repeating twice each number
it must be doen at least for a year
anyways there is no reason to stop
in public one can just wisper
i think the mistake everyone do is that they stop doing it when everything is allright
the real freedom seeker will never stop
and actualy one must always get better
for his own future and everyones future
to stop doing it can be a fatal mistake
so lets all get on the way
lets do it and teach anyone we can to do it
let spread the secret as much as we can
thats the only honest way
everyone must have a chance to know this secret
everyone must have a chance to survive anything
the more we spread this info the better
there is no need for more suffering

so i suggest that everybody chant from now on for ever
what reason there is to stop ?
there is no reason !
one can get used to everything
and chanting is the best thing to get used to

the thing is

that by this kind of chanting
one enters a state of hypnosis
and hightend awareness
but one must continue on and on
until personal feelings have no meaning
and then then one can be truely good

to my opinion
personal feelings cause all problems
and everyone should distance themself from them
thats why its important
to keep on even when everything was achieved
to avoid using powers for personal interest
and then one achieves the real truth

to my opinion one should keep on forever.....

What if a person considers repetitive chanting a problem?

Also, what is this "real" truth you speak of? In my experience, all truth is completely subjective and, according to your claims it would seem the end result of whatever you end up chanting is only to come to the conclusion that you've achieved some divine truth, when really, you've just made yourself believe that you have. That's not hard to do.

In my experience, embracing personal feelings and learning to live with them is the most beneficial thing a person can do, instead of pretending to be above your animal instincts, which you are not.
