If you're asking me if i'm mentally stable, then yes, things are running pretty smoothly for me.

I know when something's pure and uncorrupted and i know when someone is trying to pull my leg.

edit: Maybe it has to do to with reducing our thought towards simple fight or flight reactions, leaving no room for mindfulness.
