Do you remember the first time music and LSD mixed perfectly for you?

I sure do, I can still hear it. It was December 26, 2000 the first time I dosed LSD, the stereo became a living breathing organism the music shot out of the speakers bending the reality around me, it was unexplainable and it was Chinacat Sunflower from Dick's Picks 11 and I haven't thought about or scene music the same ever since. Was it music that showed you the way?

i've never done lsd, but tripping with music is wonderful, i don't know how to exactly describe it. I listen to Phish and i love that music soo much that when im tripping and listening to it im just all happy and feel it.

Do you remember that first time you got there tho? what you were listening to? No words can describe IT, I'm just curious as to what you where listing to the first time you felt it.

i remember i took 2 hits of acid before a phish show with my friend, and he got plenty of effects from the acid but i didn't feel anything
it was such a huge dissapointment, it kindve ruined the concert sadly which is dumb on my part but i just felt so let down that i wouldn't get to experience my first concert on my first full blown acid trip, and we didn't have any pot at the time to help kick it in
so the concert ended and i was still sober, we got home and i smoked and it was like wow.... but like the entire trip i was sortve getting these messages telling me i needed to experience acid and music as one .... like i won't get too into these messages since it sounds way too insane but i wish i couldve experience the trip at the concert

I'm against tripping at shows, not for other people but just for me. I don't like all the people around on other levels, I prefer to be alone or with close friends, I dunno maybe I'm just not ready to do that yet.

Thats funny you were listing to chinacat sunflower. The first Dead song I ever heard while on LSD was chinacat from Europe 72. Hence chinacat72 .That moment will live with me forever.

What about seeing live music while your on LSD. There's nothing better than thousands of people high on LSD while the music melts them all together.

The shows I've been to these days are to full of coke-heads, e-tards, drunks and opiate abusers for me to possibly take my attention off of that. I think I'm getting further away from my drug bias these days tho, I just have a hard time seeing people who are slaves to substances, even tho I go thru the same bouts now and then, huh, maybe I'm just not ready.

I've been on a wilderness trip all spring, this summer should prove interesting maybe I will be able to enjoy some doses at a concert for the first time

I dont remember what i was listening to when i first tripped all hard w/ music. It was just wonderful.

mountain jam from the fillmore concerts about six years ago....

my first live music/acid experience was phil and phriends in 2000...

amazing times, to say the least.

Yeah and I've always wanted to get away from all the people, the drunks bum me out so much when I'm dosed, they just look poisoned. I don't know what the deal is but the only time I enjoyed it alot was last year at bonnaroo. I ate boomers a few minutes into Bob Wier and Phil Lesh's set and I liked that, then some techno came out and then Trey, about 3 songs into Trey's set I left because I couldn't stand up and I kept getting hit and ran into by the drunks running back and forth from the beer table. There's been others and it's had good points but I've never been alble to completely surrender to the music on LSD at a show. MOst of my tripping has been done in the woods or basements with few close friends.

I am plan to put a tab on my tongue out in Colorado in July.

Thats were all the family sits, and if you want to get totally blasted on acid its the best place.
