Sure there is the rare individual, but then you are talking about morals. I was the only person I personally knew in the Viet Nam war era that got a Conscientious Objector discharge on moral grounds - as an atheist. The dripping irony was, the warring Christian officers told me I would never win my case because I was not a church-goer or a Believer.
