The bonobos are an anomaly in some ways. Still they are not completely different when it comes to the criteria for choosing mates.

They look for the stronger male to mate with or the one can can pass on the best genetic traits. Having sex when they are not fertile is a way of defusing social tensions.

A few days ago on a science channel they looked at why women act the way they do when choosing mates. It almost all came down to chemicals and genetics. Women want to successfully raise the healthiest offspring and the ones with the best chance at survival and it's ingrained in their genes.

Bonobo's are known to have sex with children. My question is what sorts of 'social tension' could possibly arise that can only be undone by sexual intercourse with their youth?

Firstly, the bonobo's factually have sex to eliminate tensions over food scarcity. We have nothing of the sort in our culture, thus eliminating the possibility that we can relate to them. Secondly, how is it that tensions arise with children over food, when they are really too weak to create any tension with the larger males/females? Social tensions are simply another word for anger which leads to violence and thats also just an interpretation.

Yeah, get angry, go ahead, see how much i fucking care, you never like the truth, like most adults.


Still these things stand - also, scientifically speaking what you said about chemicals and genetics does not hold up. it is far from fact yet to assume this. The studies you see on TV(sadly, i expected you to know this) are ones that do not ever represent the majority, but then how unexpected is that; TV...bending the truth, lying, misleading? You don't say!!!???

Mostly a rant, but still the facts stand.

I doubt a woman would really mind if you look at her breasts. However if you are staring at her breasts, it is disrespectful. You wouldn't stare at a female judge's breasts. Looking at someone is a sign that you feel they are below you, in most situations. This is why it is important not to oogle at a woman even though it is important to let her know that you are interested in her.

A woman wants her breasts to be appreciated but not treated as the focus of her existance.

A woman will say 'men only think about sex' because the man looks at her boobs and then approaches her about sex.

Or gives a cat call

or pinches her butt

these things make a woman feel like an object and this is only a good thing if the males are particularly important or have status with her.

In general you should just keep looking at women's breasts, but don't stare, and don't assume that she wants to have sex with you just because her breasts are exposed to you - she might be exposing them in order to attract those men who arent immediately interested in having sex with her.

(oh but don't get me wrong, there are plenty of sluts out there just like there are plenty of gangster/dickheads who the sluts go hand in hand with)

Thats a pretty sweeping generalization. sure there are plenty of dumbass chicks who act like that, but we all know that ALL women aren't like that.  Plenty of women think about sex just as much, if not more than men.  Hell, my girlfriend thinks about it more than I do. She's ready to fuck me 24/7.

When women go out in public with their boobs halfway out, its because they know it looks good!  They do want the attention but its very selective.  They don't want every weirdo staring at them, but if it happens to be an attractive young man checking out her boobs then they'll often have a positive response (flattery, ego boost, a cue to give this man an opening to come talk to her).

I, for one, enjoy they way attractive girls walk around with short skirts and tight tops so you can see the shape of her breasts.  My girlfriend usually tells me which ones have checked me out too hahaah. Of course I can't tell when they do it though. My girl says that girls are very very discreet and sneaky about checking out guys, and they're really good at it so its almost impossible to notice.

So don't get too discouraged OP. The big boob girls may be checking you out too!  but they know how not to make it obvious. a random girl in public will almost never turn her head toward you to take a look (unless you're really good looking and she's single), they just move their eyes.
