World peace is not impossible. It is unlikely under present circumstances. Yet humans as a species evolve and will continue to do so. At the moment we are facing the population problem and the quest for resources. So now world peace is not possible because we have to compete for resources. If and when one day humanity moves beyond this stage then i could see world peace a real possibility. But first we need to pass the test... :undecided:

You think there is a thing called scarcity? We have more than enough. The only thing that keeps people from getting what they need to survive (clothes/food/water/food) is money interests.

Eh, there pretty much already is world peace, except for a handful of countries that don't really matter anyway :shrug: It's not like Russia, the US, China or Europe is really at war with anyone. Afghanistan doesn't count, because that's like all the worlds most powerful countries contributing puny amounts of troops and money to a war against no one that decides the outcome of nothing.
